Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for extended release tablet in adults: 200 mg once daily
- Recommended dose for film coated tablet in adults: 100 mg twice daily
Interaction
- Close monitoring with lithium and digoxin
- Potential interaction with diuretics
- Potential interaction with anticoagulants
- Potential increase in plasma level of methotrexate
- No significant drug interactions observed
Contraindications
- Patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Patients in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate attacks of asthma

Pregnancy & Lactation

- Caution in cardiac or renal impairment
- Caution in patients suffering from dizziness or urticaria
