Pharmacology

Dosage

  • Usual adult dosage is 1 gram every 8 to 12 hours

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to Ceftazidime or cephalosporin antibiotics

Use in Special Populations

  • No adjustment in dosage for impaired hepatic function

Overdose Effects
