Dosage
- 500 mg once daily orally for 3 days (Adult)
- 1 gm as a single dose for sexually transmitted diseases in adults
- Oral dosage for children based on body weight
- 500 mg as a single daily dose for community-acquired pneumonia (IV infusion)
Administration
- Oral administration
- Reconstitution procedure for suspension
- Intake at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meal
