Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose of 200 mg Aceclofenac extended release tablet daily for adults
- Recommended dose of 100 mg Aceclofenac film coated tablet twice daily for adults
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Close monitoring required when used with diuretics
- Enhanced activity of anticoagulants
- Increase in plasma level of methotrexate when used with methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it
- Contraindicated in patients in whom aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate asthma attacks

- Avoidance in pregnancy unless benefits outweigh risks to fetus
- Avoidance in lactation unless benefits outweigh risks to infant

- Caution required in patients with active or suspected peptic ulcer
