Dosage & Administration
- Extended release tablet: Recommended adult dose of one 200mg Aceclofenac tablet daily
- Film coated tablet: Recommended adult dose of 100mg twice daily
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring when used with lithium and digoxin
- Interaction with diuretics
- Enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Precipitation of asthma attacks by aspirin or NSAIDs
