Usage

  • Oral administration with or without food
  • Intravenous infusion over 30 to 120 minutes

Dosage

  • Pediatric: 10 mg/kg every 8 hours
  • Adults and Adolescents: 600 mg every 12 hours

Recommended Duration of Treatment

  • 10 to 14 days for nosocomial pneumonia
  • 14 to 28 days for complicated skin and skin structure infections

  • Hypersensitivity to Linezolid
