Usage
- Oral administration with or without food
- Intravenous infusion over 30 to 120 minutes
Dosage
- Pediatric: 10 mg/kg every 8 hours
- Adults and Adolescents: 600 mg every 12 hours
Recommended Duration of Treatment
- 10 to 14 days for nosocomial pneumonia
- 14 to 28 days for complicated skin and skin structure infections
