Dosage
- Dosage based on severity, type of infection, and patient's factors
- Adult dosage range: 100-750 mg twice daily

- Dosage adjustment in impaired renal function
- No dosage adjustment required in the elderly
- Adolescents and children dosage: 7.5-15 mg/kg/day
