Indications

  • Dosage for pediatric population: 7.5-15 mg/kg/day administered in two divided doses

Interaction

  • Avoid concurrent administration with certain antacids or products containing Calcium, Iron, or Zinc
  • Do not take concurrently with milk or dairy products

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to Ciprofloxacin or other quinolones

  • May lead to seizures, hallucinations, confusion, abdominal discomfort, renal and hepatic impairment, crystalluria, and haematuria
