Dosage Range for Adults
- 100-750 mg twice daily
Recommended Dosages for Infections
- Lower and upper urinary tract infections: 250-500 mg twice daily
- Respiratory tract infections: 250-500mg twice daily or 750 mg twice daily for known Streptococcus pneumonia infection
