- 100-750 mg twice daily
Recommendations for Lower and Upper Urinary Tract Infections
- 250-500 mg twice daily

Impaired Renal Function Dosage

- 5 to 10 days

- History of hypersensitivity to Ciprofloxacin or other quinolones
