Indications

Pharmacology

  • Exerts antibacterial action
  • Inhibits bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase
  • Enzymes required for DNA replication, transcription repair, and recombination
  • In vitro activity against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms

Dosage
