Indications

Description
- Synthetic broad-spectrum third-generation fluoroquinolone derivative
- Chiral fluorinated carboxyquinolone
Pharmacology
- Inhibits bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase
- Exerts antibacterial action through DNA replication inhibition
Dosage
- Available in 250 mg, 500 mg, 750 mg tablets and oral solution
- Oral administration every 24 hours
- Intravenous infusion for injection
- Usual dosage and administration for adults and children
