Administration

Interaction
- Avoid co-administration with multivalent cations
- Reduced absorption with antacids, iron, and adsorbents
- Increased risk with NSAIDs and warfarin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin
- Contraindicated in patients with a history of quinolone antimicrobial agents
