Pharmacology
- Inhibition of bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase
- Inhibition of DNA replication, transcription repair and recombination
- Activity against wide range of microorganisms
Dosage
- Oral administration of 250mg, 500mg, 750mg every 24 hours
- Oral solution to be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after eating
- Intravenous infusion administration only
- Different doses for adults and children

Interaction
- No co-administration with multivalent cations
