Precautions & Warnings
- Abnormalities of hepatic, renal, and other biochemical function tests
- Rare exfoliative cutaneous reactions
- Discontinue if rash develops
- Not recommended during lactation
- Unlikely to impair ability to drive or use machinery
Use in Special Populations
- Elderly: Normal dose if no evidence of renal impairment
- Renal Impairment: Dosage adjustment based on creatinine clearance
