- Abnormalities of hepatic, renal, haematological, and biochemical function tests in some patients
- Rare occurrences of hepatic necrosis
- Rare development of exfoliative cutaneous reactions
- Recommended discontinuation if rash develops in patients with fungal infections
- Use not recommended during lactation
