Pharmacology
- Potent inhibitor of fungal cytochrome P-450 dependent enzymes

Contraindications

Precautions & Warnings
- Abnormalities of hepatic, renal, haematological and other biochemical function tests in some patients
- Rare occurrences of hepatic necrosis
- Rare cases of exfoliative cutaneous reactions, including Stevens Johnson Syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis
- Recommended actions in case of rash development
- Not recommended for use during lactation
- Unlikely to impair a patient's ability to drive or use machinery
