Common Dosage Forms

Typical Dosage

  • Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) every 2 hours for the first 2 days, then 1 drop every 4 hours for the next 5 days

Pediatric Dosage

  • Safety and efficacy not established in children under 1 year of age

  • Dose adjustment may be needed based on renal function
