Mechanism of Action

Indications

  • Treatment of postoperative inflammation in patients who have undergone cataract extraction

Typical Dosage

  • 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4 times daily for 2 weeks

Pediatric Dosage

  • Safety and effectiveness not established in children

Geriatric Dosage

  • No adjustment necessary based on age

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs
