Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to any of the formulation
AdministrationInstructions
- Swallow whole one hour before a meal (tablet or capsule)
- Administer with water (oral suspension)
- Prepare solution with 0.9% Sodium Chloride for IV injection
- Administer IV injection over at least 3 minutes
Interaction
- Metabolized by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4 enzymes
- Unlikely to inhibit CYPs 1A2, 2A6, 2C9, 2D6, 2E1 and 3A4
- Potential interference with CYP2C19 substrate drugs
